CADS exists to support and empower people who are affected by alcohol and drugs to make positive change, achieve independence, and explore opportunities in order to reach their potential.

We are committed to providing individually tailored care and support plans in an unbiased and empathetic encironment . We aim to support our Customers by giving them the help and guidance that they need in a way that helps them to build their own capacity to achieve their goals.
We support and promote individual development to enable people to make informed decisions about their own futures. We empower individuals to build their self image with positive identities and we work with the public to alter negative stereotypes.
